Video Installation on two screens exploring the dichotomy between the negative and positive aspects of nature. Using research into understanding the impacts of extreme weather events on human health and wellbeing, the work examines the idea of the healing power of nature through the use of nature meditations, juxtaposed with the threat and experience of flooding.
